- he made them acquainted with the prezentation and the project of the CentralEuropean League and organization
- Mr. Slavomir Svoboda as the second author of this project made all guests prezent aware of the economic and marketing aspects
In furhter discussion the authors of the project have thrown light on main questions to the prezident of the federetions present
- in the first year of the Central European league Czech republic will cover the expenses incurred with organization of this prezentation, creation of web pages and rewards for the winners as well
- Czech Republic will prepare promotion within the Czech television and will focus on negotiation of this matter with the Eurosport chanel. This part is in the hands of Mr.Kopecky.
- In the year 2008 Central European league will focus on the categories and schedule that was component enclosure
- Based on suggestions of the Slovak Federation it was agreed that the prezidents of the federations prezent will discuss the matter of setting up joint organisation with the leadership of EKF Mr. Yerolimpos, Mr Espinos in the order of establishment that is based on sports partnership incorporated in the structure of EKF.
- There will be 4 tournaments included in the Central European league 2008. The tournament that is on the 4 of October 2008 in Pilsen will be included to the years volume of 2009. Awards announcement and handover will take place in Pilsen on the last tournament. The finals and tournaments handover will move to the next country annually. Year 2009 will end in Hungary.
- The participants have agreed on admiting into the organization states that inhere in the central european region respectively Austria. Any additionals will be disccussed as of joint interest. The reason for this is that the league would not have such capital intensity.
- There is five tournaments, such conjuction is the reason for the heftiness of current calendar
- Only members of the CentralEuropean league federations ( Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic) can participate in the point system of the tournaments, proving their membership in the federation union under EKF or WKF. In case of any doubt the start of any enrolled competitors or clubs will be consulted with the homeland federation.
- Other participants from other invited countries will not be included in the overall classification of the CenralEuropean league but they are allowed to participate in the single tournaments.
- The evaluation will take a place as scheduled in the prezentation and will be prezented on the web.
- Elaboration of the tournaments will run on the promoters software and the promoter is obliged to send copies of the entire score in four days to be proccessed by the OC Central European League.
